With a resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels, the 1/5-inch CMOS sensor with a primary color filter powers this pocket-sized digital camera. The newest addition to the Instax lineup is aimed at children and teenagers and features a smooth, round design with pastel colors. There are five distinct color options for the camera.

Separate purchases include a detachable ring strap that serves as both the device's viewfinder and a camera stand and a Link Mode switch for speedy photo printing using Instax's Link series printers.
