Hey camera enthusiasts! We've got some amazing news to share about the latest Fuji cameras which will be launched in the year 2024! Those cameras are:

Fuji X100 VI

Fujirum X100 VI is set to be announced on February 20th, following the company's X Summit event in Tokyo. The compact camera is expected to feature a 40MP APS-C X-Trans V sensor, making it more versatile than the current version. The fixed 23mm f/2 lens will be used, as the lens was updated for the current model. The 40MP sensor will also be useful for the 'digital teleconverter' options on the X100V, which gives two extra focal lengths. The X100VI is expected to be one of the biggest camera launches of the year, with the X100V being a digital camera with a hybrid optical-electronic viewfinder. The X100VI is expected to offer in-body image stabilization (IBIS) and a limited 3-axis stabilization system, which would be beneficial at night. The X100VI's price and stabilization specs remain unresolved but will likely be answered soon.

Expected Technical Specifications

  • 40MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS 5 HR BSI Sensor

  • X-Processor 5 Image Processor

  • Fujinon 23mm F2 Lens (or a potential new lens)

  • Hybrid 0.52x OVF with 3.69m-Dot OLED EVF

  • DCI/UHD 4K Video Recording at 60 fps

  • 425-Point Hybrid AF System with Improved AF Tracking

Let's hope that the Fuji X-100 VI not only captures the hearts of photographers but becomes a favorite among content creators too. The Fuji X100 VI is anticipated to be launched on February 20, 2024.

In July 2023, Fuji discontinued the X-Pro3, X-E4, and X-T4 cameras, making room for the Fuji X-T5. Sadly, the beloved X-E series also bid farewell due to tough competition. But, the legacy will be carried on by the upcoming Fuji X-Pro 4. Also, excitement is building for the Fuji GFX 100S Mark II, expected to appear in early 2024. While the sensor remains the same, big improvements in autofocus and video capabilities are anticipated. It's an evolution in the Fuji lineup, bringing new possibilities and bidding farewell to some old favorites.
